James Griffin is currently a behaviour therapist and previously a child and youth worker in Toronto, Canada. He has worked with kids of all ages with various conditions, but his primary focus lies in helping children and youth with autism and developmental challenges by teaching them the skills they need to succeed in life.
It was gig at a summer camp that sparked James’ interest in becoming a child and youth worker. James says it made him realize that to have impact on society really comes from creating impact on an individual level.
